2. Our role

SAAFRIX is a travel and visa services agent. For most services we act on your behalf with third parties such as embassies and consulates, visa application centres, airlines, hotels, tour operators, insurers, medical centres and licensed recruiting agencies.

Those third parties make their own decisions. We cannot guarantee that a visa will be granted, that a flight or hotel will be available, or that any authority will process an application within a particular time. Processing times shown on this website are typical estimates, not promises.

3. Using this website

  • You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking or application. Bookings for children must be made by a parent or legal guardian.
  • The information you give us must be true, complete and your own, or given with the permission of the person it belongs to.
  • You must not misuse this website. You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its security, submit false or forged documents, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Misuse may be reported to the authorities under the laws of Bangladesh, including the Cyber Security Ordinance, 2025.
  • When you first use certain features, we ask for your name and email address so we can follow up on your interest. See our Privacy Policy for how we use them.

4. Our services

Visa services

  • The price shown for a visa includes the government or embassy fee, our service charge and VAT, and is calculated per person.
  • We begin processing after your payment is confirmed and we have received complete and correct documents.
  • The embassy or consulate alone decides whether to grant a visa, and on what terms. Fees paid to them are usually non-refundable, including if the visa is refused.
  • You are responsible for checking that your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates and has enough blank pages.

Travel packages

  • Package prices are per person and are "starting from" prices unless stated otherwise. The final price depends on travel dates, the number of travellers and availability.
  • A booking is confirmed only when your payment is confirmed and we have sent you a written confirmation.
  • Hotels, airlines and local operators may occasionally change schedules or substitute services of a similar standard. We will tell you as soon as we know about any significant change.

Flight and hotel requests

When you search for flights or hotels, we record your request and a representative contacts you to complete the booking. No booking exists until we have confirmed it with you in writing. Airline fare rules and hotel policies apply to every ticket and reservation.

Manpower services

  • Our manpower services are information and processing assistance: BMET clearance, GCC medical appointments, embassy appointments and visa processing.
  • SAAFRIX is not a recruiting agency unless it holds a recruiting licence, displayed on this website. Overseas employment is arranged only through recruiting agencies licensed under the Overseas Employment and Migrants Act, 2013.
  • We do not guarantee any job, salary or work visa.
  • Never pay anyone who claims to represent SAAFRIX outside our official office, bank accounts or payment pages. If someone asks you to, please report it to us.

Travel insurance

Travel insurance is arranged with insurance companies licensed in Bangladesh and regulated by the Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority (IDRA). Cover, exclusions and claims are governed by the insurer's policy wording, which we will give you before you buy.

5. Prices, VAT and payment

  • All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include VAT where VAT applies, in accordance with the Value Added Tax and Supplementary Duty Act, 2012.
  • Online payments are processed by our licensed payment gateway partner (SSLCommerz), which accepts cards, mobile financial services and internet banking. We never see or store your full card number or PIN.
  • A payment counts as successful only when the gateway has verified it to us. If you are charged but your booking is not confirmed, see "Failed and duplicate payments" in our Refund Policy.
  • Prices can change until your payment is confirmed. If a price or availability changes after you book but before you pay, we will ask you to book again at the current price.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate information and genuine documents. Submitting false or forged documents may lead to refusal, a ban by the embassy and legal action, and no refund will be due.
  • Meet the entry, health and vaccination requirements of the countries you visit or pass through.
  • Keep your booking reference and respond promptly when we ask for information or documents.
  • Follow the laws and customs of your destination.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, changes and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

  • We are responsible for providing our own services with reasonable care and skill.
  • We are not responsible for the acts, decisions or omissions of third parties described in section 2, or for events outside our reasonable control. Examples include natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, government action, flight disruption and political unrest.
  • To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any booking or application is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost earnings or missed connections booked elsewhere.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009, or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

9. Marketing messages

If you agree, we will send you offers and travel updates by email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. Unsubscribing does not affect messages about your bookings.

10. Intellectual property

The content, design, logo and trademarks on this website belong to SAAFRIX or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time you make a booking or application applies to it.

12. Complaints and disputes

  • Please contact us first, using the details in section 1. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and to resolve them within 10 working days.
  • If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. The courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction over any dispute.
